Two Year Inspection

This type of inspection is done before the end of your two-year builder's warranty. Our two-year inspection service covers a comprehensive examination of the property's loft and insulation, fire safety compliance, electrical system, plumbing and heating, landscaping and driveways, external works, windows and doors, carpentry, joinery, and flooring, kitchen and bathrooms, decorative finishes, as well as thermal imaging. This service is designed to identify any defects or issues that may have arisen since the property was handed over to the homeowner and that may be covered under the builder's warranty.
